From Blueprint to Reality

Every completed project at Eximia Development begins the same way — with a client vision, a blank plot, and a team committed to excellence. This Cantonments villa is no exception. Here we take a closer look at the outdoor pool terrace and the architectural features that define the rear elevation.

Pool Terrace & Outdoor Living

The rectangular pool is framed by a wide stone-paved terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow from the main living area. The pool surround is finished in a contrasting dark grey tile, echoing the cladding on the upper floor. Planting zones soften the hardscape and provide privacy from neighbouring properties.

Architectural Detailing

The rear elevation features bold cantilevered volumes, full-height glazing, and a textured wood-effect panel that adds warmth to the otherwise minimalist facade. Glass balustrades to the upper balcony maintain unobstructed views over the pool and garden below.
