Where We Are Now

This 4-bedroom detached house is entering its final construction phase. The structural frame is complete, external blockwork has been plastered, and window openings have been formed ready to receive aluminium frames. The pool shell has been cast and waterproofed. We are on track for handover within the next eight weeks.

What Has Been Completed

  • Reinforced concrete frame — complete
  • Roof slab poured and waterproofed
  • External blockwork plastered on all elevations
  • Swimming pool shell cast and cured
  • All MEP first fix completed

What Remains

  • Aluminium window and door installation
  • Internal plastering and screeding
  • Tiling throughout
  • Painting — internal and external
  • Pool tiling, filtration and lighting
  • Landscaping and compound paving
  • Electrical second fix and commissioning

On Schedule, On Budget

This project has progressed without major delays, thanks in large part to early procurement of long-lead items and tight programme management by our site team. We will publish a final handover feature once the keys are handed over.
